Hollie began her sales and marketing career with Seymour Mann Inc in Atlanta GA. She was quickly recognized as a natural sales & marketing person often exceeding her manager in sales volume. In 2000 Hollie pursued her passion for cooking and became the Assistant Pastry Chef at Brasserie Le Coze in Atlanta, GA. She eventually sharpened her skills and moved to Nashville TN where she worked at various restaurants often long hours in a team setting. She helped to create a fun and productive work environment. Hollie spent time in Colorado as bookkeeper for two retail sales companies. She coordinated daily business activities in addition to maintaining accurate records.
Hollie has a strong background in sales marketing and business management both at home and abroad. In 2005 she met her husband overseas while working for Kellogg Brown & Root in support of LOGCAP III - Middle East Operations. Hollie managed all crafts and services departments in support of over 3000 troops. She requisitioned materials, equipment, services, and labor. Hollie recognized problem areas and recommended solutions to project management. She was awarded the 2006 Management and Leadership Award for LOGCAP III by Remo Butler President of Middle East Operations for Kellogg Brown & Root.
Hollie began her real estate career in 2015, following in the footsteps of her mother and sister. She was soon recruited as one of few agents to work for a newly-created firm. Having a vision of her own, she has finally stepped into the Managing Broker role, creating a fun and energetic work environment while ensuring the success of her agents at Realty one Group Liberty.
